Easy Homemade Granola
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Bananas 4
-Honey 1/3 Cup
-Vanilla essence 2 tsp
-Instant oats 300g
-Murmuray (Puffed rice) 3 Cups
-Mixed nuts 200g (Almonds,pistachios,cashew nuts)
-Kadu ke beej (Pumpkin seeds) ½ Cup
-Char maghaz (Melon seeds) 1/3 Cup
-Chia seeds 1/3 Cup
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to style
-Black present ½ Cup
-Kishmish (Raisins) ½ Cup
-Chocolate chips 1/3 Cup
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked
-Doodh (Milk)
-Banana slices
-Chocolate chips
Directions:
-In a bowl,add bananas & mash effectively with the assistance of masher.
-Add honey,vanilla essence,combine effectively & put aside.
-In a bowl,add immediate oats,puffed rice,blended nuts,pumpkin seeds,melon seeds,chia seeds,cinnamon powder,salt & combine effectively.
-Now add mashed banana combination & combine till effectively mixed.
-On greased baking tray lined with butter paper,add ready combination & unfold evenly.
Option # 1: Baking
-Bake in preheated oven at 160C for 25-30 minutes & combine effectively in between after each 10 minutes.
Option # 2: Air Fry
-Air fry at 160 for 13-14 minutes & combine effectively in between.
-Takeout from oven/air fryer & let it cool utterly.
-Add black present,raisins,chocolate chips & combine effectively.
-Can be saved in an hermetic jar for as much as 1 month at room temperature.
Serving Style:
