Having expertise in Biodiversity, sustainable rural livelihoods, and poverty alleviation by means of complete rural improvement applications, Sustainable agriculture ( Seeds to Sales idea : Non-Pesticidal Management, Integrated Pest Management, Bio-technology, grain storage, Processing and Marketing), Agro-forestry, Natural Resource Management – Rain water harvesting, Safe Drinking water, water sources administration, Revival of conventional water sources, Community forest Management, Home stead forestry, Health, Hygiene and sanitation – , Reproductive Child Health, conventional beginning attendants, low price latrines. He created a big nework of Self assist teams, ( 10,000 women)village organizations(107Villages) farmers’ networks (5), neighborhood forest administration teams(25) Educating People to write down Village biodiversity registers in 25 villages. Adolescent girls associations, Paramedical employees associations and NGO Networks like Jala Samakhya.

Present Work: Madhya Bharath Vananchal Samrudhi Yojana in Rajasthan,Gujarat,Maharastra,Madya Pradesh, Chattishgarh, Jharkand, Orissa , Assam,Arunachal Pradesh , A.P. and Telangana States. Enumaleru rejuvenation program in Prakasam district with the assist of Yojak and Sewa International. Tribal Sub-Plan in Vizianagaram district with the assist of ICAR-IIOR.
