The lesson focuses on the function of heuristics in our determination making processes. Of course, to grasp the function of heuristics in making choices college students first want to grasp heuristics. The lesson does a great job of defining heuristics for college students. A potential extension for this lesson is to have college students take into consideration and discover examples of how heuristics can affect the statements folks make in political discussions.
