My favourite kitchen gear:
2 ripe bananas
2/3 – 3/4 cup rolled oats
2/3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tsp coconut oil or different oil for cooking
Maple syrup to serve (non-obligatory)
1. Place rolled oats in a food processor and course of to flour.
2. In a big bowl, mash bananas, add eggs, beat till easy combination. Add vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, oatmeal flour and baking powder. Stir till properly mixed.
3. Heat skillet over medium warmth. Melt 1 tsp coconut oil. Pour batter into the skillet and cook dinner 1-2 min. flip the pancake and cook dinner 1-2 min extra.
4. Drizzle with maple syrup.
